I've downloaded my run to Garmin Connect. That seemed fairly east to do
Not quite 5km during the 30 minutes, but not too bad for run 2 week 9, I'm satisfied with that. I completed the 5km by running another 2 minutes.
I felf that I could have kept going a bit longer, not faster, but longer anyway
Really looking forward to run 3 week 9 on friday
