After my last post I completed week 5 and it was good to hear some different background music but for the last 2 weeks I've had a chest infection which has reduced me to walking on the treadmill for the half an hour as running ( even at my slow speed) brought on coughing fits. Feeling better this week so am gonna start running but do i repeat week 5 again to get my flow back or have a bash at week 6? I've no set time scale to finish the plan, which is good as I've already repeated a few weeks.
