You can see the Zombies intervals on my Runkeeper stats from this morning . Three short Intervals in a 30 minute ( or so) run.

I often do run to the beat of a Metronome :) -- I have been doing it for all my long runs lately. But I didn't for yesterdays Zombie Run.
