Mo, what are you doing!? Many of us would be pleased to be able to run for an hour, let alone run for an hour and complete a half-marathon.
CONGRATS Mo. What a star you are.

An amazing talent and, seems to be a genuinely nice guy too. What a star
I know, I know; it's a cross I have to bear....oh, you were talking about Mo!!
He seems a really nice chap, doesn't he.
Mo did brilliantly, but he left that sprint finish so close. I was on tenterhooks watching the race and was worried for him. Mary Keitany did brilliantly too, winning the women's race, and beating Paul Radcliff's long-held record. I think it's amazing that the women winners were only 5 minutes behind the men. Five minutes over 21km is pretty close!
It would be great to have another British female winner; it's only been won by Paula and Liz McColgan; won twice by Paula and three times by Liz.
I watched some of the Castle Howard Tri on TV on Sunday, and the young lasses coming through there may well be able to do it in years to come. Here's hoping.
Here was me on Sunday doing 7.5 miles in 1:17 thinking "well, that was alright then" then get home to find Mo's already finished 13.1 of them, packed up and gone home! What a legend!
I congratulate you for you run....most of us plod along for 5K and hope beyond hope to beat the 30 minute barrier.
As do I most days... Sub 30 5Ks are a nice treat but not always forthcoming... The fun's in the run but Mo is just amazing!!
Mo is exceptional and truly inspirational. If I could ever come close to doing what he does in twice the time it takes him I would be a very happy bunny.
