I was on week 8 of the plan and I had to stop for 7 weeks because of on injury on my ankle. Which week shall I restart now I'm ready? Help

Whichever week you feel comfortable with.
Sorry if that doesn't sound very helpful, but I think this really is a question only you can answer. Maybe go for the usual warm-up walk, and then try to jog for as long as you can. That should give you an indication of which week might be appropriate.

If you need more structure than that, why not start with week 5. If w5r1 feels too much, drop back to w4...
Just been on week 5 r1. Hard work but I now know I can do it !

I restarted on week 9, failed at that so went to week 8 etc
I hope you soon get back to fitness but don't be surprised if it takes a while. Do not quit! Stick at it and you will do it. We will be here to help you
