Lost Running Top

Someone has lost a nice pink running top and it's been left on a post on a footpath near my house where I walk my dog most days. Thing is, it's my size and it's just been sat there for days. How long before the person's probably not coming back for it?! I hope they come back for it, but just wondering.

More to the point, do you think they'll be running near your house again and see you wearing their top? ;-)

How does someone just lose a top?

Perhaps I should be looking out for the topless woman!

How do you lose a top? Did they get hot and just casually strip! Maybe they were wearing two. Maybe it's actually a present for you that some mystical creature has left in your path to find.

Pink and your size I would just you know take it home for safety and wash it, maybe try it on and prance around the house for a bit and you could always leave a note! Or just enjoy your new top that the gods have gifted to you ;)

Thanks for the go ahead! We live near the beach so that might explain it, but a running top? Hmm, strange

Oh I am sooo jealous that you live near a beach !! It is my life long dream to live by the sea , maybe one day :-) Very strange about the top, I don't like pink though so would probably leave it there ha ha :-) xxx

Yes, pink doesn't really match my natural colouring. I would wear it to wick in the winter!

Oh I miss my summers on the beach. The last time I was unemployed many moons ago we used to head to the beach regularly and build sandcastles.

Ummm still strange to discard a running top and erm wouldn't you realise you were missing something?

I would take it now that it's been there for days. You can't leave it to rot, that would be criminal. You could always dye it another colour if you feel guilty.

I thought I hated pink! I thought it stank but I love it now and happily trot about in a pink top and have pink trainers too. Black and pink = chav. That's me for ya!

This running lark brings about all sorts of unexpected changes. Wonder what the next un will be.

Yes, I was horrified when I bought pink and black trainers but comfort had to win!!

You want the top to have a good home, don't you? Think all the other running tops are laughing at it sat there unwanted not running. We wouldn't want that would we ;)

Someone has a nice new bag for their bike, one that has a brand new stick of body glide in it, my old pot of baby powder (bounty pack from when my 16yo was a baby), a decent pump for their bike tyres and a full set of lights for their bike. I left my bag in the loos after the pru health triathlon in Hyde Park and the b^%#*}] who took it in the 10 minutes it took me to realise I'd left it there and get back didn't bother to hand it in to lost property.

I'd say rescue it, leave a note and see if anyone turns up to claim it.
