went running yesterday was ok till 4.5 mile then went to step off and pain when pressure on so i had hobble for 1/2 mile to get bus home been to see doctor who a runner her self 1wk if lucky if not 2/3 and may need injections in hip i think i"ll take this one in my stride n point stressing over trained a bit and now have to pay enjoy your day and happy running all
