(Tuesday) Yesterday's 8/2 had to be aborted but I saw Miracle Max and he sorted me out with potions, ointments, elixirs, tablets, balms, tonics, salves and tinctures. I used my map app to work out how far I was covering and that left me truly desolate. How stupid was I thinking C25K would lead me to running 5k. Shocking level of binge eating ensued. Apologies for letting you all down yesterday. The battle recommences.

I do think sometimes C25K is a bit of a misnomer, but C2half-hour doesn't have the same ring to it really Onwards and upwards, only way you can go

That told me didn't it. Well the chariot (trolley) has returned, self-propelled today, you must keep your strength up for 9/2. It must be so exciting. Is it dodgers or something more exotic at the end?

I'd certainly be rather worried, but I could side step at the last minute and you could career through, cleaving a path through the enemy for me as I fought on to the end. I didn't realise pugs were such towering, valiant creatures!

You must battle on HBS. I see you have the full armour. The nhs with their blue leader will quake in their boots when they see you. We may have to conscript you. Do you like Jammie Dodgers? Do you have any instruments? Can you pick up the odd Lucky Dip card for Grandad? And now Nan's nicked the trolley I may need you as someone to encourage me through the 28min barrier.

It's ok NCO heathbreak_star, you'll get the idea quite quickly. Fight off the nhs running and playing instruments to keep me going - you can put them in the tartan trolley or weather balloon if you can't make it out. Sometimes we have to nick the trolley from nan while she's at the bingo and then we stash it down at grandad's allotment until she realises and we're in big troub again. We eat a lot of dodgers, quite a bit of Soreen and drink tea in the mess tent. The lucky dips keep grandad quiet about the trolley.
