For horrible weather days, when I have no sitter. Also looking for one that's not to expensive, foldable maybe?

Not an easy one to answer as there's loads out there. I'd say electric as a start and I think most are foldable in some way. I recently bought this one and I'm very pleased with it sweatband.com/dkn-ecorun-tr...

I bought a manual one once and it was the most boring exercise equipment ever. I own an electric treadmill now and it is much more exciting. Mine is a Kirsty Gallagher and it stands on its end when not in use. Ebay may be a good place to pick up a 2nd hand one saving you lots of money :)
