I ran with audiofuel rollercoaster, I like this one and am finding 40 minutes ok now so must be getting fitter. I like running because it's free and you can do it from your front door.

Hi lottidog1 audiofuel make sports music and rollercoaster is one of their products. I got it on iTunes, it goes up and down from 150bpm to 165bpm.
