You follow on with Laura's C25K+ podcasts, Stepping Stones, Stamina and Speed, which you can download from this site. They are very good and will lead you onto Bridge to 10 k which is also downloadable on here

Hi misswobble - I too am wondering what to do after completing C25K - How do you recommend using these podcasts? Doing the same one for a period of time or mixing them up? I'd be really grateful for your advice!

Somebody here began all over again, only subbing in running slow for walking and running faster for running. The goal was the increase overall speed.

These podcasts are great! As you'd expect with Laura talking you round. I ran one of the podcasts this very morning. I did Stamina. I use the three of them and just mix them up. Whatever comes up on my mp3 player really. They're meant to be mixed up though I believe and that would be the way to go but to start with you do Steppings Stones first, then Stamina and Speed (or it could be the other way about LOL) I think doing something new and different from C25K is more interesting and will help you develop your running. Then you can get to grips with Bridge to 10 k when you're ready
