Just finished my first 5K ever after starting the C25K on 6 Feb, so that's 2 1/2 weeks ahead of schedule,not run anywhere since leaving school in 1976,this is all part of my weight loss plan which I have been on since Jan so far I have lost over 10% of my weight which was 15st now down to 12st 12lb,so thanks Slimming world and C25K, there is life in this 55 year old boy yet

well done. Did you do a run every other day? I am doing SW and C25K, JUST completed week 1, but could have done my third run a couple of days ago to be honest.
