Completed week 8 run 2. Struggled in the sunshine. A banana and a glass of milk later and my head is still fuzzy. Is this just dehydration?

Possibly but it might be the heat affecting you. If the situation with the fuzziness continues then I'd recommend seeing your GP just to be on the safe side. Hope it gets sorted soon. Best wishes.

I removed a layer today and it was much easier. No strange feelings just a bit tired but not too bad. Got the distance up a bit too. Thanks for replyinh.

Milk we all know is good for us but not the best drink for hydrating, have some water instead. Muggy fuzzy head sounds as if you need to top up with water or dilute juice/tea. Try to avoid caffeine drinks though.
