Can anyone recommend some stretching exercises for my back and hips please? They are the bits that hurt most if I am sore or stiff after running. Thanks.

Hi, Try hip flexor stretches. The NHS site shows a few examples: nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/...
Also, I'd suggest getting a foam roller and using it to help stretch out hamstrings and calves in particular.
