wrong shoes

it seems ive been running in the wrong shoes for the last 3 months and this is why ive had knee probs friends girlfriend work at sweatshop so off i went im now need a neutral shoe wot a idiot

had it yesterday neutral shoe got some nike flex fit like a glove will post results later your hm s this week dnt over do it nice easy runs speak to you soon
