49.30 it not all the time had a 48 .58 most of the time it 50 id like to get to 45mins thats my goal maybe in a month or 2 and defo dnt wanna mess my legs up had a runners knee thing b4 trying to hobble up my stairs ive got 15 on sun then 3 and 6 miles next wk and only 3 6ks the big day
