Half term...aaargghhh!

I have just repeated week 4 again and feeling good, but will have to a week's break because of school hols. Should I repeat week 4 again after a weeks break?.or should I go straight to week 5?..advise please!

What a shame if you can't get out at all after your hard work in getting there. A week shouldn't make too much difference to your fitness, and even better if you can do an alternative type of exercise during the half term. Perhaps do one Week 4 run when you get back to it and if you feel ok with this move on to week 5 - good luck!
