Had stitch for the first time today in week 9!!! This post was interesting! Whilst I did my warm up, I confess to having a very rich breakfast of smoked salmon, 'rich food' that is mentioned!! I also really struggled with my breathing (largely because the blinking wind kept taking it away!)

Very helpful, esp bit about helping to get rid of them. If i do get one they tend to be mild enough to 'run off' but I had a killer one that stopped me in my tracks 8mins into a run pre christmas, that was down to point 1 - I'd eaten less than an hour before running and it was a glass of champers, nuts and a mince pie at a work celebration!
