Just a quick one to say thank you to everyone who has been an inspiration, support , sounding board , nurse, cheer team for the last few months since I started and completed the c25k. Without you all I would have given up a long time ago -now all go and enjoy a large drink and plenty of food -we can run it off on Boxing Day! Weather permitting!!
