Today when I did my run, I took Laura's advice & changed my route , I ran round our park on the paths , I really enjoyed it . The weather was nice , bright & sunny . It really was good to change things. There was some inclines ( I'm not used to them ) my usual roots are flat , but I think I'm going to include a few more now .

I have been taking little detours every run for the last 4 or 5 runs. I usually start off on a footpath but then might head off round the park or go through the streets. I am also enjoying it, I can just head off where my fancy takes me. Fancy hasn't taken me up any inclines for the last couple of weeks though

I do the same! I start off at home and then take random roads and paths until I'm about half way through the time. Then I turn around and try to find my way back... It's good to change things up a bit and I've found some really pretty places around where I live that I wouldn't have otherwise I do tend to get lost though as my sense of direction is pretty bad - luckily google maps is always there to lead me home!

Well done. My last run I caught the bus to a far distance and then ran home. Worked well. New scenery helped.
