using this programme with osteo-arthritis ?

Hi All,

I'm one of the sore knee brigade. I thought I'd twisted something, my doctor suspected a damaged meniscus, but sent me for a x-ray "just to be safe". The x-ray is showing osteo-arthritis (which explains why I've been getting quite a bit of knee pain these last few years). Of course, I may also have damaged a meniscus.

So obviously no more running for me until the sore knee heals, and I'm hoping to get a physio referral - but is there anyone out there with any experience using this programme with osteo-arthritis ? Or is it time to give my running shoes to my daughter and get back in the pool ?
