Köln Marathon Relay - 2 weeks 2 days to go....!

Well had two days off as I felt bad yesterday, but tonight was able to put a good solid run in.

I had 5mins at 7km/hr walk, followed by

45 mins at 8km/hr run. Not fast, but I wanted longer rather than quick and short

Followed by another walk of the same speed.

In total 55 mins and 7.17 km. I am delighted with this as I kept going so long.

Also HR only got to 165 max, so way better than thev182 of my comeback run!

Next I try to run for 55 mins and walk for 10. Total then being 1 hour 5 mins and 8.5 km.

What do you think, too much too soon? Should I consolidate and not move on?
