Had to restart the run after 3 mins due to catching the emergency stop cord on the treadmill (not recommended!) but pleased that I managed a full 25 non stop. At a really slow pace so going to be no where near 5k after 9 weeks but still really happy. I wish I'd found this forum and podcast years ago, can't believe I'm up to 18 trips to a gym!
