Which is the week most people repeat...and also, if people fail which is the week they stop at?

Lol. I know this seems a bit negative, but it's not really! I just want to be forewarned so that I can be prepared and dig deep!

I didn't repeat any weeks, and the only run I didn't complete was the 23 minute one (can't remember which week). I put it down to a combination of a bit of a hangover, excessive heat and no water. Don't even think that you will fail. It's all in your head. Once you get up and running (excuse the pun) you will see that it's simple.

I can't ever recall seeing a post on here with the words 'I give up, I can't do this' I have read and very recently were people have had bad injuries or illness and have had to call a halt, albeit sometimes temporary.

I think the secret of this plan is belief in yourself and the further into the program you get the more you do believe you can do it. You have to have motivation and trust in the Podcasts and in your own abilities, so don't look for failure, it may hit you smack in the face one day on a run, but all you do is come on here have a moan and grumble, we give you encouragement and you put that bad run behind you, it wasn't a failure, it was just an off day and the run didn't go as well as you would have wished it to, we all have those days. With that attitude you will brush it away and get back to positive thinking and good running. All the best, you can do it, hundreds have before you and hopefully thousands more will to. :)

Above says it all. I'll just add that over a year from graduation I still have to dig deep, but the motivation is still there and that's the main thing - whatever stage we are at. :-)

Wow! That was totally unexpected! I wanted to be able to guard against negativity...gird the loins and all that! So to see the positivity is really thrilling! Thanks for your responses x

There is one thing I am 100% certain of Lippie and that is if a person is struggling he/she will get more positive than negative assistance and responses. So get stuck into the running and positive pants on and most important of all enjoy it and look forward to a healthier lifestyle.

The best piece of advice I can give you is to embrace failure. Don't be scared of it. If you have never failed, you have never reached the limit of your ability. And if you never reach the limit of your ability, you can never push that limit. Failure is a learning experience, failure is how we learn to succeed better.

Sounds like I read that straight off a motivational poster but I didn't. It's corny, but true!!!
