Dowloading to iphone

Hi trying to start program but having trouble with iphone download? Any advice please thankx

Have you got the podcasts app on your phone? If not you'll have to download this first then go into the library in the podcasts app to find nhs choices couch to 5k podcast

Yeah all done not used pod casts before thanks. I will start this evening have a greyhound who can sprint at 30 mph. So will have to be quick.....!

My grandad used to have a greyhound and he was fast! Would hate to try and keep up with him! Haha
