I did the old week 9 tonight instead of the podcasts. I decided I was just going to run for 30 mins and not worry about speed, time etc. Off I went, loads of people running at 6pm. It was a change from the morning runs I usually do. Why is the first 5 minutes hardest and even harder the last 5 minutes?? Anyway went off into the zone twice and tranced out a bit, nice though
Ran 2.92 miles in the end, took me 31 minutes, so getting closer and it was humid again. Finished at the boating lake so I could go in the loo and chuck water over myself, so refreshing. I got some looks must have looked like I sweated loads!
Still spaced out, but off to relax...aaahhhh!!!
