I hated running when I was in school (and I haven't run since!). Discovered this programme in February and I agree that it's brilliant.
I do think though, that it is in part my stubbornness that saw me through to the end. I was determined I wasn't going to give up. That attitude got me through my degree and giving up a smoking habit almost overnight (I was 20 a day Monday-Thursday, 40+ a day Friday-Sunday) .
Mind over matter works. Sorry don't know enough about your foot problem to offer any advice here. X
