Went off to the gym this morning for my low impact aerobics class (Evergreens) it a lovely way to start a new week. Came home and decided it was a good day for a run too, so off I toddled. Nothing fast, not too far but I enjoyed myself.
Up through the trees on the forest tracks and down through the middle of the golf coarse, through the park and home, a nice way to spend some energy and 40 minutes before lunch. Wow its changed days, 2 years ago I would have been hoovering the carpets, even if they didn't need it just because it was Monday morning and thats what I did on a Monday along with the washing!!
But best of all I really think spring has arrived, according to my Garmin it was 17C while I was running, driving home from the gym the car registered 18C/19C, yippee

That run sounds sooooo much nicer than carpet hoovering!
My new housework challenge really should start today, but I think I might put if off for a few days while I keep TJ company for the end of her 5x100...
Ooops! I forgot I was going to join you on this challenge, Di!!!! I committed to Theresa also! Looks like I may be putting off the housework challenge for awhile.
It was rather nice TJ but I'm having to carry my inhaler now, first bit of sunshine and everyone starts cutting their grass which just about kills me. Pollen counts will be rising too, but hey its worth it just to get out in the sunshine and fresh air.
