Week 7 run 2

My head was not in it to begin with- I stopped before half way mark.

Don't know why think a bad day at work equated to a not very positive mental attitude.

Disappointed with myself- but won't give up

Roll on Thursday when I shall try again.

Well done to all you fab peeps who have stated positive and had a go!

Hey don't feel bad, you are doing so well, and this is so ******* hard!!! I'm so with you on the work thing it really can make you feel rubbish and lacking in mental oomph! You are doing amazingly, rest properly and you will do it! Well done XXX

The main thing is that you go back and try again, you'll get there in the end! :) x

If I am too stressed or worried then running just doesn't happen, just chalk it up to experience cut yourself some slack rest up and when ready get back on that treadmill :)

Sorry I missed your blog Justine. I've been looking out to see how you've been doing as we are at the same point. I hope the run on Thursday went well and you are right back on track. My week 7 run 2 was a disaster, as I put on week 8's podcast by mistake and really struggled and didn't know why til the end when Laura said that had been 28 minutes!!

I just did week 8 run 2 this morning, and found it hard which surprised me, as run 1 seemed ok. Funny how this whole running malarky can be so up and down at this level!! Keep positive, and we'll get there. x
