Kan Breathe

I bought a device called Kan Breathe on Amazon. It’s made in Australia, I think, and clears mucus from the lungs.

Have used it once a day for a week and it can be a little uncomfortable when you are blowing hard into it to loosen mucus; but I hope it’s doing me good and strengthening my lungs as well as cleaning them; and I feel better now than I did before I started to use it.

Has anyone else tried this device?

Yes I have one, but it doesn't help much with clearing the mucus for me. It works some days and others it doesn't.

maybe you don’t have much mucus to get rid of?

Maybe, but the mucus I have sticks in my throat, a pharmacist told me to gargle with warm water, that does help a bit. I take Nacsys tablets which you dissolve in water every morning, they are supposed to loosen it so that it's easier to bring up. I shall go on using the Kan Breathe, as it does work sometimes.

It sounds like a PEP (positive expiratory pressure) device similar to the Acapella or Aerobika. I have the Aerobika and it works for me.John
