hi does anyone have hypoxia if so how do you help or control this please

Hypoxia is low oxygen levels in your tissues. Hypoxemia is low oxygen levels in the bloodstream.To help offset hypoxemia, check with doctor that you are using enough supplemental O2 as well as using pursed lip breathing.

I’m not on any oxygen I know my blood gases are low

Then speak with your doc about getting supplemental O2. Below 88 can damage your organs.

Since hypoxia is low oxygen most anyone with COPD has it. Most of us use supplemental oxygen and other doctor prescribed maintenance medications. What did your doctor say?

COPD is Obstructive. It is possible that some people may have Obstructive AND Restrictive Lung issues. Curious what the diagnosis turned out to be if not COPD.

Possibly ILD (Interstitial Lung Disease) meaning no known cause.

I don’t know if hypoxia or hypoxima I know my blood gases r low but I was told 2019 I had emphysema but now ct findings was no definate emphysema
