hi everyone iv just been told i have copd and hopital writen a letter to my drs asking them to give me lama inhailer as i get out of breath when walking . i dont know much about i t. or if theres certen things you do that makes it worse .

Hi and welcome to the site, sorry to hear about your prognosis. Eat a healthy diet, exercise but didn't push yourself to hard. And remember to rest and drink plenty. Hello. Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. It does worry you to start with until you get your head around it. Hopefully your inhaler will help you. Probably have a Spirometry blow test with your gp nurse to check your lung function. I personally asked to be referred to a Respiratory nurse. And I have a number to ring them direct if I feel I need further help due to feeling more breathless. Take care and hope everything gets sorted to help you. Brian

Hi there, I don't know anything about the medications they want to put you on. I am on Spiriva Respimat, Ventolin and Fostair. Also, just want to say I recognise that coastline 😂
