W e can't give medical advice, but often it can simply be that you are de-conditioned and just out of shape. Excercise is 🔑!

Discuss a plan with your doctor and ask about pulmonary rehab.

I agree with John! There are MANY reasons as to why you may be experiencing extreme tiredness. One thing for sure, exercise (at what ever level is possible for you) and good nutrition are absolutely paramount! Try to get some answers from your doctor first...

It is common to feel exhausted after what seem like small activities when you have COPD.. My breathing is 38 % of normal. I walk 10,000 steps a day on a tread milll but i do it in batches. I work around the house for fifteen minute stretches, then rest fifteen. I always take a nap in the afternoon and sleep deeply 1 1/2 hours. If I miss it, I am so tired I can’t sleep at night. Just like a child.

This is frustrating, but I found that when I simply accepted the situation, I felt better.

No magic potion that I have heard of. Good luck.
