Can anyone help I've just got my pip papers back I'm waiting for a appeal date no date in letter but pls respond to letter within 28 days of letter letter was dated 12 March it's not 20th April only got today looked through it bloody load of lies I'm fuming though when I spent 2 and half hours with cab doing answers that I just had to wait for date now got to respond get copies so another appointment to be made another lift copies to be done and it's late to start with what do i do no way would the cab see me within 2 weeks like last time I'm so angry I was in hospital last week with breathing probless and bloody high blood pressure close to a stroke so I was told appantly according to dwp if im not on oxegen I'm not that bad grrrrrrr ignorant

Firstly ring dwp for an extension in the return date also make sure they know you have received it late. They may have already closed your case due to “your late response”!!!! Good luck hope you get the outcome you so deserve x

Thankyou I think they do this deliberately so you lose the chance for an appeal 2 weeks ago I was in hospital struggling to breathe with blood pressure through the roof and ive got to put up with this crap they ought to be ashamed of themselves if i could give them my lungs and back maybe then they would treat people like hu man beings 😠
