COPD , learning to live with it

Hi I am 44 and I just found out I have COPD I was put in the Hospital Jan 31 for ACHF and ACLF found out after all that I also had COPD .

Hi bella2016 , welcome. I know what COPD is but ACHF and ACLF I haven't a clue. If people don't know what you are talking about you are unlikely to get much response to your post.

Hi bella2016...am I right in assuming you are referring to acute congestive heart failure (ACHF) and acute lung failure (ACLF)? That is what happened to me in January of 2014. I have been on oxygen 24/7 since. Watching my salt intake, getting exercise, and staying positive has kept me out of the hospital and slowed the progression. Stay well and breathe well!
