Had it for 25 years now experiencing problems

Pain when poo and pain on left ,right side of stoma constipated generally a lot and no poo for a while including weird sounds coming from stomach and even after taking laxatives also pain after eating why.

It could be many things. It would be better to get a proper medical opinion and checkup with your Dr etc first.If you take advice on here without having medical checkups you might end up worrying more or trying things that might make your symptoms worse.

So you have no output? This can mean many things, an obstruction, a blockage or some kind of restriction all of which need attention. Hopefully by now you’ve got an opinion but if not contact your GP or if you have access, your Stoma nurse.
