Hi My name is Paul and Ive had a permanent ileostomy since 2004...  Over the last few

Years or so I haven't payed much attention to my own health due to me caring for my sick Mum....As this has finished I would like to reconnect with similar people and to get health tips for the future.

I have had an ileostomy for just about five months and I am just adapting quite well I think after some rough times. It is good if you can keep your mind on others as you did Paul. Good luck.
