Help with bowel problems!!! Please I'm at the end of my rope....

I had a bowel resection and an ileostomy in November 2012 and a reversal in February 2013. This was due to having endometriosis stage 4. After the reversal I had ileus for two weeks and was only discharged after it got better. Since the reversal, I haven't been able to open my bowels (go to the toilet) without the aid of laxatives. Its not because I'm constipated, as I'm very careful to incorporate fibre in my diet. I simply don't get the urge to go. My Consultant has tried numerous tests including a pelvic floor scan and a defecating proctogram. My whole life revolves around laxatives, going to the toilet and the subsequent rectal pain that follows. My pain is so severe that I have to take morphine. Does anyone out there have any advice they can offer? I've tried everything and I'm going crazy. Please help
