Thanks for posting with us. I hate to hear you are having to deal with these symptoms, but I'm glad to see you're not ignoring them. Anytime there is blood in the stool there needs to be an answer. Definitely get it checked out as it could be caused by a lot of different things. You may be given a FIT test to document the existing blood in the stool. If a physical exam can't determine the diagnosis, then a colonoscopy should happen.
And you did state your age🤔. Have you had a colonoscopy before? If not, you are do for one👍. Is there a history of certain disease with your family?
We do wish you the best in determining what's going on and getting on a path to being well. It could be a lot of different things going on and you need to narrow it down so the speculation won't cause the nervousness. Please just get it checked out by your doctor. Catching things early is key and I think you are all over this.
