Colonscopy came back clear, took biopsies, can see me in 10 years which honestly I don’t know that I’ll do this again 10 years from now. Glad it’s over!

Hi thanks yes no blood today I'm doing my best to eat the right food not to scratch my colon soluble fibre mash fish white bread probiotics etc not eating much I'm more tired than anything glad summers on the way I can relax in the sun in my garden watching my sunflowers grow in between the showers im.sure they'll be massive all the hot sun and rain we get these days 🤩💛🌞🌻

They said I had internal hemorrhoids and to use like prep h when it comes back.
