Hi joeglas,

Thanks for posting with us. What you are experiencing could be caused by a lot of different things. The fact that your FIT test came back positive means something is bleeding. When there is blood in the stool there needs to be an answer for it. Since you've already have a history of piles, I would think more than likely you have one that is bleeding. I don't know how much blood we're talking about here. It could be a contributing cause to your fatigue as well.

I'm very glad that you're not ignoring things and you're getting stuff checked out. there could be many things going on here. The fact you are catching things early is very positive as well. That's absolutely the best thing to be doing. This way you won't have to speculate and you'll have some good answers.

Another thing to think about is any hereditary medical issues within your family. That would be another good piece of information for your doctor to know. It could lead to other tests which could be beneficial.

I do wish you the best in narrowing down what's going on. I think you are all over this and you'll soon have the answers you're looking for. Also, please let us know what you find out. That type of information that can be helpful to others on this site as well.

Thank you,
