This happened yesterday morning. It also has happened a few times before. It's not continuous but rather comes and goes. It could be months before it happens again. I might add that I'm a diabetic with uncontrolled diabetes currently. I have pcos as well. I'm on anxiety meds along with insulin. I'm tired alot to the point I'm coming in late for work and falling asleep on the job. I have moments of dizziness/ brain fog. My vision kinda hazy at times (I'm quite sure that's from high blood sugar) I'm just a little alarmed because it was quite a bit of blood in my stool and on top of that I have a friend with colon cancer in the last stages and they've done all they can do for her from a medical stand point. This scares me! The picture is a little graphic but I tried my best to make a modest as I could to share. All the covered up black is stool. This is what was in the toliet.

Hi JustMe-2023,

Thanks for posting with us. I hate to hear you're having to deal with all this. You definitely have a lot going on here. Just stating that you have PCOS could be a big contributor to what you're experiencing. I'm not sure how PCOS and diabetes interact. Excessive fatigue could be causing your issues with your vision. And your uncontrolled diabetes could be contributing to the fatigue. But given all you have going on, I would definitely get this address with your doctor.

With all this going on, I would make a list of these symptoms and how you're reacting to them so you can cover all this with your doctor. Do that just to make sure you cover all topics. I'm not sure if you are on any medications which could be contributing to the fatigue and dizziness. The PCOS may be a contributor to what you are seeing in this picture that you provided. I think there's a lot going on here and well worth a doctor visit to get a professional perspective.

I am sorry to hear about your friend that is in the late stages of cancer. I was staged 4 myself before a clinical trial found that was extremely beneficial. I know if I were in another cancer fight, I would definitely use some of these sites that incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) as a means to know all possible options that may be available to a cancer fight. Maybe your friend can use these as well. I look at these as being a second or third opinion to what my original doctors are telling me.

As for you, I do wish you the best in finding answers to what you're experiencing. I would hate to speculate more as you have a lot of things going on and there may be a professional opinion is the best way to go because of the interactions between them. Also, please let us know what you find out. Is that type of information that can be helpful to others.
