Hi Anonimus55,
Thank you for posting on Colon Cancer Connected. It is tough to tell just by looking at a picture. I am glad to see that you are the kind of person that doesn't ignore issues and would like to get some answers. It is always best to catch anything early. And please know there could be many things that could be causing what you are experiencing.
I would suggest that you if are worried about this, you should get a FIT test. Your doctor can help you get this done or there are several outfits that can provide you a kit and you can do it from home. If you google “fecal immunochemical test (FIT),” you can see that there are some labs that have kits that you can send in a sample and they can run their tests. Or, I would also suggest you can go to your doctor and doing that we'll give you the opportunity to ask questions. Also need to know that there is a degree of false positives or false negatives that can be associated with these. But they are considered a good indicator.
One of the questions I would have for you is if there is a hereditary history of medical issues. If you don't know I would find out. If there are hereditary issues, this would be something to discuss with your doctor. There may be some tests you would want to have done that would help determine if you need to be on some kind of surveillance. 🤔
I do wish you the best at finding the answers. As I said, it's always good to catch things early. Also, by getting answers it will put you on a path to be well and you won't have to worry about this. It gives you peace of mind.👍
Thank you,
