Sorry about gross image. This is pretty much what my poo looks like every morning. I'm pretty regular but I do find that I need to go within a few minutes of getting up and it's often quite urgent. If I go to examine the stool it pretty much falls apart and turns the water in the toilet bowl muddy. I don't see any red hues though. Beyond that I might go again later in the day but they're much more normal. Sometimes I wake quite early in the morning with smelly gas too. I often have bloating for quite a long time after eating. I have another issue with urinary frequency and I wonder if it might be connected. I've had loads of blood and urine samples taken for that as well as an ultrasound of the kidneys/bladder area. I feel like I'm never away from the doctor's surgery and that I might be causing my own problems by stressing about it and becoming a hypochondriac. I'm feeling generally run down and tired.

Mchl_2021,
Our guts is a second brain and as soon as something is off, it let's us know. Whether it is bloating, cramping, a change in bowel habits and stoll consistency, etc. Have you gotten all your vitamin and mineral levels checked? Sometimes it is as simple as that.
Also you should start keeong a very detailed and accurate food diary. Then log into the diary how you feel after what you have eaten. I learned through this metod that I can not eat a lot of mushrooms or peppers. I also learned that I needed to limit my dairy intake. It helped me tremendously!! I also saw a dietician and nutritionist to help me with this.
