I have the same thing and I believe it’s one.
Thank you for your reply, appreciate it.I don’t have any bleeding with it but sometimes it can ache and cause a throbbing like pain.
Do you get any pain with your one ?
Mines cause bleeding for a while now. I was suppose to get a colonoscopy but haven’t. Two days ago I took the same pic like yours. It feels like knifes and when I farted it felt weird too. Now it’s ok.
I’ve been using Vaseline which helps with the soreness but not for the aching pain around anus and lower back. They’re really tricky things 😖
Hi Punkie1987 ,Thanks for commenting. Did you see a doctor and they recommended a colonoscopy? If so, please consider getting that colonoscopy!

I had a haemorrhoid for a while, but it was internal. It did bleed a bit so had a colonoscopy after a test. Next time I did not bother with the test, as I thought it would show blood from the haemorrhoid. Years later I had another test - and it was a good job I did, as I had a polyp - which they removed when they did the colonoscopy.
Hope you’re ok now ?.Personally I have no blood and I think mine is now external if you saw my picture I posted. But some days it can ache like hell in the anal/back area and some days it’s fine. Stools are normal also.
Did you have any pains with yours ?

Thank you for commenting and sharing your experience. We are glad to hear that you did have a colonoscopy and have that polyp removed! Please stay on top of your future colonoscopy schedule - with regular screening and early detection, colorectal cancer can largely be prevented.
Thanks for sharing your story and I hope your comment serves as that inspiration people need to push them to get that colonoscopy!

Hello Stevemf99 ,
This site does not offer medical advice, but we are here to share our experience and offer our advice. It should not replace speaking to your doctor.
While as others have commented it looks like a hemorrhoid in the picture, we can't diagnose as non-medical professionals, and even if we were, a doctor would need to examine you physically to determine if it is hemorrhoid(s).
A call to your primary care doctor, and possibly a video visit (depending on COVID in your area and any restrictions) would be a good next step. You can discuss what you can feel/have seen from your photo, and then determine with your doctor if you should go in for an examination.
If it is hemorrhoid(s), your doctor can talk to you about prescription treatments, over the counter options, or even surgical treatment options. Your doctor will discuss with you how much pain and discomfort it is causing you, and let you know what your options are.
Good luck!

I honestly wish I taken a pic of my anus too because I was constipated about a month ago and had bloody anus not sure if it was hemorrhoids or anal fissure because I force my poop out .

I have exact looking thing now. I had a colonoscopy done a month ago after seeing blood in my stool. It didn't pain at all before. They told me they found polyp and internal hemorrhoids. Doctor told me that I can eat anything after my colonoscopy. I also resumed eating normal diet with meat and everything else. I bled only once after colonoscopy. Since last 4 days I noticed lump like in the picture, had diarrhea, sometimes narrow stool in the end and bleeding. I am worried if the doctor missed something or its because I started eating meat and spicy food.
That's exactly what i have..prior to my recent op all was under control, no bleeding for 4 months, before then i had blood wiped on stool only no excessive bleeding. During 4 months just felt uncomfortable, then used germoloid which helped (OTC). After a recent op, my bowel movements have worsened, severe constipation, i have to use a stool to straighten my colon, even then it works but stings proper, no blood though. Hopefully my bowel movements return, but going to check with doctors soon.
@Asrik - have you been taking codeine or other opiate like painkillers since your surgery? They can make you super constipated.
