hello i am 43 and as long as i can remember my bowel movements have been fine but random if that makes sense. sometimes every day but mostly every other and at different times. For the last 2-3 months it suddenly changed to exactly the same time every morning without fail. I have mentioned this to my doctor several times and she really isn't concerned but all the time you hear a change in habit can signal something serious. Should i push this or is this a normal thing to happen? I also had 2 blood tests recently where my CRP level was slightly elevated at 7 , barely out of range but probably because i'm anxious i am thinking is this also a sign. Very worried and wondered if anyone had experienced the same at all?
