Of course I would say go to your doctor. If your constipation has been happening for 3 weeks plus then definately go!
However I have never heard those other symptons being related to Bowel Cancer before.

Please get it checked. I have survived Bowel cancer for five years. Got a stoma bag, I think if I had seen the doctor earlier I may have avoided the bag.
do a check up if never hurts as you just might have it in the early stages or you might not have it
Get checked out for your own peace of mind.
I hope by now you have seen a doctor. I went for a regular checkup and had a routine test that showed I had blood in my stool. I went for a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with colon cancer. I had a surgery and they took out 21 lymph nodes and it showed that the cancer had not spread. It was Stage 2 cancer and if I hadn't gone when I did it only would have spread and the prognosis might have been very different. I hope you have good news.
Hi Linzimaca,I had constipation and gripping pains my body ached if I did too much my doctor treated me for post menaopausal irritable bowel, I had various tests scan on ovaries all clear, saw a gastroenterologist also ended up in hospital but still nothing found until I had a barium enema which showed I had a tumour adecarcinoma stage 3 in 3 lymph nodes and also burst my bowel when I had the results after the op, learning from this I would suggest anything you are worried about make sure you are persistent about getting it checked, I didn't have the usual signs bleeding, diarrhoea etc the change for me was constipation which I had never suffered from before I am still here 4 years later and chemotherapy I have sweats because I am 58 and in the menopause so that wasn't unusual to me hope you get thins sorted xxx
