Are those vibration machines any help with CMT

I'm sorry, folks - no, these won't help! They are based on the principle of the vibration triggering the nerves to stimulate the muscles.... with only faulty nerves, they won't do a lot, I'm afraid.

I got one of these machines, anything to try and keep fit, but it was dreadfull, my feet would just burn, had to sell it in the end.

Barry don't buy these machines. Better to see if you can use them first I would say give them a go. There is a company called Flabloss see if they are in your area. It has helped me to lose some weight, but it can be harsh on the feet. .I thought by trying to lose weight would help with the CMT but it doesn't. What it does do though is help0 me feel better by just losing some weight which helps with confidence if nothing else!!
