I know what you mean…it would be nice to hear how others are getting on as we get older…mine has got quite a lot worse now but I have no one to talk to about it and have not met anyone else with the condition.

I totally understand this, sometimes the Neurologist is the only real conversation you have. All truth be told, I don’t think he gets it but it’s nice to main about it to someone.

My other half encourages me to get things of my chest, but I feel it’s not really possible for her to understand the blinking thing.

I have posted here before being positive as I think any small gain is worth posting. If this then helps anyone else in anyway, then it’s brilliant for us all.

I know from the bottom of my heart how hard it is to try and stay positive, but if we try everyday just five mins of it and that grows to ten then we are all champions of this bloody thing even if it is for only ten mins.
