Is it nerve pain, bone pain , cramps, or all of the above?

For the shooting nerve pain, Lyrica (gabentin) helps.

For the constant bone pain, Endep (amitriptyline) helps.

For cramps, magnesium cream helps, as does pre-bed time stretching.

I hope you find something that works for you. Different things work for different people, so there's lots of trial and error.

Good luck - it's hard.

Speak to your GP and request a referral to a pain clinic. The drugs given for nerve pain are very strong and can have side effects.
